Water Baby

Sam has been lucky enough to get signed up for some swimming lessons recently. Water Babies do lessons locally and Sam has really enjoyed it.

 

I was lucky enough to have a day off a few Fridays ago so I couldn't resist going along. Of course I took my camera!

It was really lovely so see Sam having so much fun in the pool and enjoying the water. Unfortunately the camera couldn't cope with the light conditions hence the blurred pictures.

Sam certainly loves swimming even though it tires him out & we both love seeing him do it.

However he still loves his first water love - the bath!

I'm going to get another Friday off soon and try our other camera.
So hopefully some better water baby pics soon. :-)

Lazy Dad

Just a quick post to apologise for not posting for ages.
Hopefully I will be uploading some new pics very soon & spilling the beans on what Sam has been up to.

My only excuse for being lazy is the ease of facebook and uploading pictures!

However I have discovered some free software from Microsoft that seems to make blogging 10 times easier - Windows Live Writer

This is my 1st post using it - so if I end up posting loads more then it's working...

At 10.41am on Friday the 30th of November, Sam Finlay Doughty eventually decided to join us.

One week late and as attention seeking as possible (5 people in the room not including Marie & me) and a whopping 9lb 1oz!

Money, Money, Money

Here is nice pic of Marie at Holkam taken a few weeks back.

A walk round the grounds is now our staple as I struggle to go much further (Marie seems to be OK with it!)

Well as predicted by everyone on the planet all our savings are slowly being sucked away by Diddy & he isn't even born yet!!!

As you can see Diddy has been very busy. All those visits to Deepdale appear have taken their toll!

Café Nero has to take some of the blame though.











Diddy is showing no signs of actually wanting to come out - who can blame him.

He's getting carried about, food on tap & nice 'n' cosy.

Little bit jealous really.
